Buku ini menggambarkan peristiwa bersejarah yang terjadi di Indonesia, bahkan dunia, secara visual. Sejak 2019, umat manusia dilanda pandemi Covid-19. Banyak kegiatan berhenti, korban berjatuhan setiap hari. Melihat dampaknya yang luar biasa, DPD Partai Golkar DKI Jakarta kemudian berinisiatif mendokumentasikan peristiwa tersebut-suatu sejarah yang mencekam dan menyedihkan di abad ke-21-dengan menyelenggarakan lomba foto sepanjang 2020-2022. Hasilnya luar biasa. Dengan semangat tinggi, fotografer Indonesia menghasilkan gambar-gambar yang menakjubkan.
